Prapti is a passionate cook who learnt how to prepare traditional Gujarati food at a very early age from her mother.
Her Indian cooking classes will take you step-by-step towards mastering the culinary delights of the various regions of India. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced cook, there is a class for you.
At the end of each cooking session you will sit down to taste the food you have cooked over a cup of chai (tea) or filter kapi (traditional South Indian coffee). And as you leave you will take with you the food you have cooked to share with your family and friends.
This class showcases Dosa – a dish loved by all Indians and famous across the globe! Rice and lentils are ground to a fine paste and then cooked to perfection on a heavy iron griddle. During this class you will also learn how to make two delicious chutneys.
