Prapti is a passionate cook who learnt how to prepare traditional Gujarati food at a very early age from her mother.
Her Indian cooking classes will take you step-by-step towards mastering the culinary delights of the various regions of India. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced cook, there is a class for you.
At the end of each cooking session you will sit down to taste the food you have cooked over a cup of chai (tea) or filter kapi (traditional South Indian coffee). And as you leave you will take with you the food you have cooked to share with your family and friends.
In this class you will learn how to cook North Indian Thali. Thali is a large platter that is used to serve an entire meal comprising of many different dishes served in small bowls (katori). The vegetarian dishes are complemented by flatbread, rice, pickles, papad and salad.
