Fire & Feast is a shared dining experience. All meats and accompaniments are served on a platter designed for two guests to enjoy together. Premium steak upgrades are available at the time of booking and will be served in addition to the shared feast. Guests will wander between the fire pits, chat with the chefs, watch the cooking unfold and experience the kind of meal that feels ancient, raw and unforgettable. This interactive” fire-to-table” dining event includes:
• Canapes around the fire pit
• Slow-cooked and hung meats
• Farm-fresh, fire roasted vegetables and seasonal sides
• Dessert cooked over coals
Two sittings are available 5.30pm or 7.30pm.
