A time in which all things become alive in both our inner and outer landscapes.
This spring we celebrate the bountiful harvests and the return of the sun through taste, texture, colour, sound, song and revelry over a seven course progressive, seasonal, local menu of gluten free, plant based delicacies, nestled amongst the rolling hills, valleys, and vineyard rows of Hainault Winery.
Selina West will be accompanying each course with soundscapes captivating the heart, flavours and nuances of each offering, with her unique blend of vocal harmonies, and ambient experimental music.
The creative winemakers from Hainault will be on hand, serving a beautiful selection of their wares that have been paired to complement the tastes, sounds, and artistry of spring, to provide a truly immersive dining experience.
