No prior experience with breathwork is necessary, as all the guidance and support you need is provided. Ceremonial cacao is also on offer.
⭐️Please drink lots of water prior to attending and avoid caffeine at least 4 hours before, and bring along a notebook, pen, water bottle, and open mind!
⭐️ Breathwork is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, high glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, uncontrolled high blood pressure, significant recent physical injuries, severe mental illness, seizure disorders or for persons using major medications.
