Night Sky Tour

Perth Observatory

Come and explore the breathtaking night sky with the Perth Observatory‘s impressive collection of telescopes. The knowledgeable volunteers will guide you on a grand tour of the most captivating celestial wonders in the Southern Hemisphere, including nebulas, dying stars, enormous star clusters, and the Moon and planets when visible.

In addition, you can delve into the wonders of the universe at the museum, where you can discover historical instruments, a meteorite exhibit, stunning astrophotographs and artwork. Be sure to marvel at the beauty of the Atlas Coelestis, the first-ever Star Atlas printed in 1729, created by the legendary John Flamsteed, the First Astronomer Royal at the Greenwich Observatory in Great Britain.
