As the weather warms and the vineyard and garden begins to bloom, you are invited to Millbrook Winery for the much-anticipated Spring Lunch. This is not just a meal; it’s an experience – a celebration of the season, our wines, and the exceptional talents of the Millbrook team.

The event begins in the Cellar Door, where you’ll enjoy canapés and a glass of wine. From there, it’s upstairs to the restaurant, where highly acclaimed Chef Guy Jeffreys will return to create a five-course lunch that showcases the best of spring’s bounty. Known for his farm-to-table philosophy, Jeffreys crafts each dish with produce sourced directly from our gardens, making for an unforgettable dining experience.

Each course will be paired with a matching Millbrook wine, including an exclusive sample of the soon-to-be-released Riesling straight from the tank, as well as other new release wines.

Winemaker Emma Gillespie will also be on hand to guide you through our new vintage releases, sharing insights into the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of each wine. To make the day even more special, exclusive wine specials will be offered, available only to Spring Lunch guests.
