This Limited Edition Make Your Own Sparkling Wine Tour to the beautiful Bickley Valley is not to be missed! Jump on board with fellow wine lovers for an indulgent day in the Perth Hills wine region to celebrate Global Champagne Day.

This is a unique HANDS-ON experience with a focus on Meeting the Makers for a more personalised and in-depth wine tour. This workshop will focus on the wine making process of ‘Méthode traditionnelle’ sparkling wines – which is the same method used to make Champagne.

This private sparkling workshop is part of a full day tour in the Bickley Valley. After a tough morning of ‘hard work’, you will be rewarded with a delicious winery lunch, and then after lunch we head across the beautiful Bickley Valley to another winery to continue our sparkling tasting – with some wines you may not have seen before! Price includes pick-up/drop-off, wine tastings, a comprehensive workshop with two handmade bottles to take home, lunch overlooking the picturesque vineyards, and a cheese platter.
