House made canapés and wine will be available at the Cellar Door from 6.00pm, and you are invited to enjoy the stunning views from the deck as you watch the sun dip below the jarrah trees and Perth Hills.
A three-course dinner with wine pairings will be served in the Restaurant upstairs at 7.30pm.
With each course carefully crafted by Head Chef Gino Pannunzio, this event will celebrate the freshness and vibrancy of Millbrook’s garden’s bounty. The three-course menu promises dishes that are as innovative as they are delicious. Every course will be thoughtfully paired with a stunning Millbrook wine, elevating the flavours and creating a truly unique dining experience.
