Carmel Distillery is a small batch artisan distillery based in the Perth Hills, run by husband-and-wife team Simon, Director & Chief Alchemist, and Marie, Empress of Order.
Their mission is to create small batch spirits and liqueurs that allow you to cultivate a relationship with the Perth Hills and its community, and to take home a true taste of the region.
Carmel Distillery does not currently have a cellar door. Products can be purchased from markets, pop-ups, and from good liquor stores. Check social media and the website for details.
