Orienteering Western Australia

Orienteering Western Australia (OWA), founded in 1974, is the peak body for orienteering in Western Australia, delivering inclusive, high-quality sporting opportunities for all ages. Affiliated with Orienteering Australia and the International Orienteering Federation, OWA supports six active clubs across Perth, Bunbury and Albany. These clubs deliver year-round orienteering events, from beginner experiences to competitive navigation sport. With growing community demand for outdoor fitness and school programs, OWA promotes safe, engaging and enjoyable orienteering for first-time, occasional and regular participants. OWA also provides guidance, resources and support to develop the sport statewide across Western Australia’s diverse urban and regional landscapes areas.
