Information for Businesses

We’re excited to work with local businesses to help promote the Perth Hills region. To make sure everything we share is accurate, up to standard, and helpful for visitors, please take a moment to read the information below.

Eligibility Check

Before applying, please review the criteria below.

Experience Perth Hills promotes businesses that offer visitor ready experiences and reflect the unique landscape and character of the Perth Hills.

Your business is likely eligible if it:

  • Offers a clear experience for visitors (such as food & wine, accommodation, arts/culture, wellness, or guided activities)
  • Can be enjoyed during a short visit or stay
  • Is physically located in the Perth Hills
  • Has a bushland, rural or village setting that feels distinct from metropolitan Perth

Businesses located in high density suburbs or large shopping centres, or designed mainly for ongoing local use, are generally not eligible.

Clear and accurate information

Please make sure the details you provide—such as your description, contact information, website, social media links are correct and kept up to date.

Brochures (if applicable)

If your partnership includes brochure racking:

  • You’ll need to supply your own brochures.
  • Out‑of‑date or noncompliant brochures may be removed.

Images and digital assets

To keep our promotions looking professional, all images and logos must meet our size and quality requirements.

By supplying images or files, you confirm you have permission to use them and that PHTA may use the materials for promotional purposes.

Editorial discretion

PHTA takes care to ensure all visitor information is clear, accurate, and suitable. We may edit, decline, or remove content if needed.

Legal and quality standards

Content must follow advertising standards and must not be misleading, offensive, or infringe on copyright.

PHTA may remove a listing if:

  • The information provided breaches our terms
  • Content is inappropriate
  • The business becomes ineligible or ceases trading

You may also request removal at any time by contacting us.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
