Perth Hills Armadale is thrilled to unveil the much-anticipated Six Seasons project, with the Kambarang season guided hikes at Forrestdale Wetlands already sold out! This exciting initiative invites visitors to explore the beauty of the Perth Hills through a series of immersive trail hikes, showcasing the region’s natural wonders across the Noongar seasonal calendar.

In collaboration with the award-winning Hike Collective, these unique trails offer an unforgettable outdoor experience for nature lovers and adventurers alike.

Discover the following stunning trails:

  • Kambarang Bidi (October/November) – Forrestdale Wetlands
  • Birak Bidi (December/January) – Armadale Settlers Common
  • Bunuru Bidi (February/March) – Churchman’s Bushland Trails
  • Djeran Bidi (April/May) – Bungendore
  • Makuru Bidi (June/July) – Wungong Gorge
  • Djilba Bidi (August/September) – Roley Pools Heritage Trails

But the experience doesn’t stop there! Perth Hills Armadale is partnering with Beelya Cultural Tours and WAITOC (Western Australian Indigenous Tour Operators Council) to offer authentic cultural walks along these same trails. Immerse yourself in the rich traditions of the Noongar people, with a Welcome to Country, bush tucker tastings, shelter-building demonstrations, and traditional yarning sessions. It’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with nature, culture, and history in one of Western Australia’s most breathtaking regions.
