Nourish your soul on nature’s canvas and immerse yourself with a mindful stroll on the Track, revitalising yoga session, and a bush picnic. The perfect way to reset, refresh and discover how yoga can help you bush walk better!

Embark on a blissful blend of movement and mindfulness in this 4-hour late afternoon experience, beginning with an invigorating walk (about 2km each way) along the Track amongst the beauty of the Perth Hills. At a peaceful bush location, immerse yourself in an hour-long yoga session, guided by an experienced teacher (and bushwalker) to enhance your mobility, balance and mindfulness.
