SERPENTINE-JARRAHDALE

Love craft beer? Then you need to find Found Lab! Byford’s beer haven is relatively new and has something that will appeal to beer connoisseurs, foodies and families alike. They have a new brew on tap “Trash Cat WCIPA” which is perfect for winter weather. Head Brewer Will’s take on the beer is “It’s smooth with rugged edges. Trash cat oozes juicy fruit gum, pine and dank resin perfect for these cold and wet winter days.”. Be sure to try it soon!

ARMADALE

Head Chef Seb Sinderman at Roleystone’s popular Seven Sins restaurant has been cooking up something special for Wednesdays in winter. Seb‘s Beef Wellington is available to pre-order on Wednesday nights, quantities are limited. Think beef wrapped in crisp pastry and served with seasonal greens, potatoes, sauerkraut and lashings of gravy – yum!

KALAMUNDA

Winter is the perfect time to sip on a shiraz. We know just the spot to grab your next bottle or three of this rich red wine! Pickering Brook locals, Frank and Barbara at Kenbrook Shiraz, have upped the game with their award-winning Shiraz. They have new crafted a sparkling shiraz. Be sure to visit the Kenbrook Shiraz cellar door which is open Saturdays and Sundays, from 11am to 5pm.
