Wander out Yonder and roam where the mobile signal can’t, on the Jarrahdale Hike, Wine, & Dine Experience!
You will be totally immersed in the lush jarrah forest and tranquil sounds of the Gooralong Brook and Serpentine River as you hike through Kitty’s Gorge from Jarrahdale to Serpentine Falls, before enjoying award-winning wines and two courses of deliciousness at Millbrook Winery.
Starting at the historic town of Jarrahdale, you’ll follow the Stacey’s Loop and Kitty’s Gorge trails through the old growth forest, over boardwalks and bridges, alongside the Gooralong Brook and up to secluded granite outcrops that offer superb valley views. You’ll admire the Serpentine Valley, it’s stunning vistas, peaceful sounds and fresh scents. As you wander through the undulating woodlands you’ll be totally in awe of the picturesque forest that will lead us all the way to Serpentine Falls.
After working up an appetite on this hike through Serpentine National Park, you’ll head to the stunning Millbrook Winery to dine on alfresco perfection fresh from the kitchen! The multi-award winning Millbrook restaurant is a very special place to eat, featuring sweeping views of the surrounding jarrah forest and offers seasonal modern Australian fare to complement Millbrook’s award-winning wines.
Stunning waterfalls, hidden cascades, granite outcrops, boardwalks and wooden bridges, are just some of the features of this 9km hike. You can expect amazing views, lots of laughs, historical tales, flora facts, wine tasting and a delicious lunch on the Jarrahdale Hike, Wine & Dine Experience!
