Celebrate the transition into 2025 in a meaningful and joyful way.
This special Sound Silence Stillness evening program includes yoga, meditation, afternoon tea, then a traditional Havan under the setting sun and rising moon (Vedic fire ceremony for releasing past hurts and karma), followed by a sumptuous celebratory dinner. Back in the beautiful candlelit shala we’ll formulate our individual and shared intentions for healing and life-purpose. You’ll be lulled into a relaxed state of bliss by our sound healer/musician with crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and more. We end with meditation to deeply embed our intentions through the layers of body, mind, emotions and soul.
