Kirsty is a Dietitian with over 18 years experience in research, private practice and community health. she has spent a number of years helping individuals improve their health with lifestyle changes particularly those with heart related conditions, diabetes and weight loss.
In addition, Kirsty delivers cooking classes to all age groups and abilities to enhance food exposure, food modelling, basic cooking skills and most importantly to have fun.
