When He Brew Espresso was established, Shay & Rachel had one goal in mind, and that was to show that good coffee could be made in a trailer.
After seven years operating their beloved coffee trailer, they made the move to a bricks and mortar café located in the Perth Foothills suburb of Maida Vale. While the location has changed, the service and the coffee remains the same.
He Brew Espresso is a community focussed family business, regularly contributing to school fundraisers, charity events including Purple Bra Day, and sponsorship of local sporting teams.
In 2017 He Brew Espresso was recognised as one of the top 10 mobile coffee businesses in WA, and was a finalist in the 2019 National Barista Day, making up one of the top 10 of 2000 entrants.
