Perth Observatory

Your Gateway to the Universe.

Perth Observatory, located 40 minutes east of Perth in Bickley in the Perth Hills, is WA’s oldest observatory.

Volunteers will take you on a grand tour of the night sky with a wide range of targets including Nebulas, planets and enormous star clusters.

Book into a night sky tour, a special event, or a Sunday tour. Visit the museum and Worl Wangkiny, which commemorates 60,000 years of Noongar celestial storytelling through an artwork painted onto the inner walls of a large part-constructed telescope dome.

There’s even a Fairy Door trail…

Visit the website for all the information you’ll need.
