Carmel Distillery is a small-batch artisan producer of whisky, brandy, gin, vodka, and seasonal liqueurs, proudly made in the Perth Hills.
Their spirits have earned medals at both the Melbourne Royal Australian Distilled Spirits Awards and the Perth Royal Distilled Spirits Awards. They also give new life to press fractions from local winemakers that would otherwise go to waste, transforming them into the smooth grape spirit that sits at the heart of their vodka and seasonal liqueurs.
You’ll find them popping up at Hainault at Carmel during the opening weekend of the Bickley Harvest Festival, pouring tastings and offering bottles for sale.
