This October, artists in the hills will open their studios across the Perth Hills, from Darlington and Glen Forrest to Mundaring, Mahogany Creek, Stoneville, Parkerville, Sawyers Valley, Chidlow, Mt Helena and Wooroloo, with 34 studios and three shared venues to explore. Along the trail you’ll discover artists working from bush studios, converted sheds, light filled workshops and home studios, creating everything from paintings, ceramics and jewellery to sculpture, glass, textiles and woodwork. Open Studios brings together artists at every stage of their creative journey. Some are opening their doors for the very first time, while others are well established names with decades of experience and exhibitions behind them.
