Partnership is free for eligible tourism and hospitality businesses operating within the Perth Hills region, from Gidgegannup in the north through Mundaring, Kalamunda and Armadale to Serpentine Jarrahdale in the south.
By partnering with Experience Perth Hills, your business becomes part of a coordinated destination marketing program that helps connect visitors with the experiences, attractions, events and businesses that make the Perth Hills unique.

A dedicated business listing on the Experience Perth Hills website, including links to your website and/or social media platforms
- Free promotion of eligible events on the Experience Perth Hills website
- Opportunities to be featured across Experience Perth Hills marketing channels including social media
- Eligibility for inclusion in regional campaigns and promotional activities
- Access to resources and information to help present your business to visitors
Additional cooperative marketing opportunities, advertising and visitor publication inclusions may be offered from time to time and may incur a fee.

How to Become a Partner
Getting started is easy. Follow these four steps to become an Experience Perth Hills Partner.
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
Experience Perth Hills promotes visitor-ready businesses, attractions, events and experiences that contribute to the region’s appeal as a visitor destination.
Your business may be eligible if it:
- Is located within the Perth Hills region
- Offers a tourism, hospitality, attraction, retail or experience-based product that can be enjoyed by visitors
- Provides an experience that reflects the character and appeal of the Perth Hills
- Is open and accessible to visitors
- Holds any required licences, permits and insurance relevant to its operation
Businesses located in high density suburbs or large shopping centres may not be suitable for inclusion.

Information You Provide
Applicants are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, current and complete, including business descriptions, contact details, website links and social media accounts.
- Images and Marketing Assets: By providing images, logos or promotional materials, you confirm that you have permission to use these assets and grant permission for Experience Perth Hills to use them for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Content Management: To ensure a consistent and professional visitor experience, Experience Perth Hills may edit content for clarity, style, length and consistency. Content may be declined, amended or removed if it is inaccurate, misleading, offensive or infringes copyright.
- Keeping Information Current: Businesses are responsible for advising Experience Perth Hills of any significant changes to their business information. Listings may be reviewed periodically and updated or removed if information becomes inaccurate, outdated or no longer meets eligibility requirements. Businesses may request the removal of their listing at any time by contacting the Experience Perth Hills team.
- Insurance, Licences and Permits: Businesses must hold and maintain any licences, permits, approvals and insurances required for their operations. Evidence may be requested as part of the application process.
- Liability: Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. Experience Perth Hills and the Perth Hills Tourism Alliance are not liable for business performance outcomes or for the use of publicly available information by third parties

Experience Perth Hills is the official destination marketing brand of the Perth Hills Tourism Alliance (PHTA).
The Alliance brings together the local governments of Armadale, Kalamunda, Mundaring, Serpentine Jarrahdale and Swan (Gidgegannup), working alongside local tourism and hospitality businesses to promote the Perth Hills as a visitor destination.
