Tucked away in Forrestdale, 11 Acre Farm is a working permaculture property that’s grown into one of Perth Hills Armadale’s must-visit destinations. What started as a neglected paddock has been transformed by the Erceg family into an all-day experience — from seasonal, paddock-to-plate dining at The Good Paddock restaurant, to the kid-favourite Cubby Lane miniature village and a hands-on animal farm with friendly goats, chickens and rabbits. Add in regular workshops (think sourdough, fermenting and composting), takeaway coffee from the Cubby Kiosk, and acres of open lawn to sprawl out on, and you’ve got a place the whole family will want to come back to. Free entry to the farm; $5 per person for the animal enclosure.
