Nyaania Creek is another great spot to explore and rock-hop – especially in winter. The moderately challenging trail includes a hidden waterfall, well worth seeking out. Be sure to stick to the marked trail at the designated rehabilitation site, to protect the environment and always leave no trace.

If you prefer a slower pace, take a leisurely stroll around the character buildings along the Glen Forrest Heritage Trail. You’ll be sure to learn a few fun facts – did you know that there used to be a pub in Glen Forrest? This walk is a wonderful way to soak up the village’s history and discover some hidden gems along the way.
