You may know of Champion Lakes as the home of world class rowing sports in Western Australia, but did you know the perimeter trail is also popular with walkers, joggers, bike riders and Park Runners?

Located off Lake Road in the suburb of Champion Lakes, this dual use path takes you around the Champion Lakes Regetta Centre for a 5km loop. It is also suitable for prams and wheelchairs and has just been recognised as a Top Trail by Trails WA. If you’re lucky you’ll see teams rowing, canoeing or dragon boating on the lake which was purpose built for national level competitions.

Learn about the region’s rich Noongar culture at the Aboriginal Interpretive Centre located at the eastern end of the car park on Henley Drive.

Toilets are located at the carpark on Henley Drive.
