Trail Information
A portion of Jorgensen Park, including the walk trail, will be temporarily closed from 6 May 2026 to 28 August 2026 to allow for a ticketed, family‑friendly evening experience celebrating the natural setting of the Hills.
While the walk trail is closed, the remainder of Jorgensen Park will remain accessible.
For more information, please read our Frequently Asked Questions on the City of Kalamunda’s website.
Jorgensen Park was the site of the original Kalamunda Golf Club, which moved to Forrestfield in 1972. In some places the walk follows the old fairways, and in part incorporates some of the Bibbulmun Track. A moderately easy, pleasant loop walk with a nice abundance of wildflowers in spring.
The trail markers are red.
This walk is mostly dog friendly, however a short section of the trail is in Kalamunda National Park (dogs are not permitted in National Parks).
