The 2.3 km Possum Loop trail, located in Gidgegannup, just an hour’s drive northeast of Perth in the Paruna Wildlife Sanctuary, offers an easy and scenic escape perfect for families with young children or anyone looking for a relaxing outdoor adventure. It’s a popular spot among fellow nature enthusiasts, though be aware that pups are not permitted, so it’s a paws-free zone.
Paruna Sanctuary is open to the public from May to October and is closed from November to April. It is located on Clenton Rd in Gidgegannup.
